Event Management

Event Management ✷

A glimpse into some of the events I've had the privilege of organising, where creativity meets careful planning to create something truly memorable.

International Women’s Day Event

CDK Stone 2026

As part of my work with CDK Stone, an Australian natural stone supplier, I had the honour of being the main organiser for their International Women's Day event, held at the Alexandria Selection Centre. It brought together a truly inspiring group of industry leaders, including Shona McElroy (principal of Smac Studio), Caitlin Parker-Brown (director of Parker Studio), Mariah Burton (director and co-founder of Folk Studio), and Jillian Dinkel (creative director and principal of Jillian Dinkel).

My role covered the event from the ground up — sourcing quotes for catering, drinks, furniture hire, AV equipment, and flowers, right down to the last-minute details that make an event feel truly polished. I flew to Sydney to oversee the day itself, making sure every supplier ran smoothly and on time, and even took care of the smaller touches, like ensuring the name tags were properly put together and ready at the front desk.

With the support of a wonderful team, the event came together beautifully, with around 80 guests in attendance. The conversation throughout was honest and inspiring, celebrating the achievements of women in design while encouraging the next generation of creative talent to keep pushing forward. Planning an event that celebrated the success of women in such a meaningful way was genuinely one of the most exciting and rewarding projects I've had the privilege of working on.

To bring the event to life even further, the YouTube video featured alongside this was beautifully captured by our in-house photographer, Tiggy Media, showcasing the heart and energy behind the day. I also put together a short reel myself (the one on the most right-hand side), giving visitors a quick, at-a-glance look at everything the event had to offer. Adelaide Selection Centre Unveiling

CDK Stone 2025

As part of my work with CDK Stone, an Australian natural stone supplier, I had the honour of being the main organiser for the unveiling of their new natural stone selection centre in Adelaide.

My role covered the event from the ground up, sourcing quotes for catering, drinks, furniture hire, marquee hire, AV equipment, flowers, a band, and even a single cellist, right down to the last-minute details that make an event feel truly polished. I flew to Adelaide to oversee the day itself, making sure every supplier ran smoothly and on time, and even took care of the smaller touches, like ensuring the name tags were properly put together and ready at the front desk.

With the support of a wonderful team, the event came together beautifully, with around 100 guests in attendance. It was a genuine success, with guests falling in love with the space and admiring every little detail, from the tiramisu tower display to the live cannoli-making experience.

This was the first event I truly took the lead on, and it pushed me well outside my comfort zone in the best way. Watching it all come together was such a rewarding experience, and it taught me just how much I genuinely love event planning.

The first two reels capture the night itself and everything that went into bringing it to life. I also created two black-and-white reels beforehand to build suspense ahead of the announcement of the new Adelaide selection centre, both performed brilliantly, organically earning over 50 likes and around 5,000 views combined. Alexandria Selection Centre Unveiling

CDK Stone 2024

As part of my work with CDK Stone, an Australian natural stone supplier, I had the honour of being the main organiser for the unveiling of their new natural stone selection centre in Sydney.

My role involved helping to cover the event from the ground up, sourcing quotes for catering, drinks, furniture hire, portable bathroom hire, AV equipment, flowers, a band, and even a single cellist, right down to the last-minute details that make an event feel truly polished. I flew to Sydney to oversee the day itself, making sure every supplier ran smoothly and on time, and even took care of the smaller touches, like ensuring the name tags were properly put together and ready at the front desk.

With the support of a wonderful team, the event came together beautifully, with around 200 guests in attendance. It was a genuine success, with guests falling in love with the space and admiring every little detail, from the flower sculpture surrounding the Calacatta Viola marble block, to the single cellist playing as guests walked in.

Being the very first event I ever worked on, it holds a special place for me, and with such wonderful support from my team, it was incredibly rewarding to watch it all come together, from concept through to execution.

To bring the event to life even further, the video featured alongside this was beautifully captured by our in-house photographer, Tiggy Media, showcasing the heart and energy behind the day. I also put together a series of reels covering the event's preparation, the setup of the selection centre itself, and a few black-and-white teasers to build anticipation ahead of the announcement.
